Valentine’s Day is getting closer and closer 😉 I hope you’re enjoying the recipes that I have been sharing these past few days ☺️
So far, I gave you ideas for hot pink hummus, a charcuterie board and some thumb print cookies (recipe is coming soon 🤫).
Therefore, today I am sharing a breakfast idea for you and your valentine to enjoy together 🌹 This amazing breakkie is a mixture between a chia pudding and a smoothie bowl 🤪

For the chia pudding
•1 cup of plant milk of choice
•1/4 cup chia seeds
•1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
For the smoothie bowl
•1 frozen banana
•1/4 cup frozen dragonfruit
•a splash of plant milk/water if needed
For the toppings
•toasted pumpkin seeds
•unsweetened shredded coconut
•In a container, add the ingredients for the chia pudding. With a spoon, stir it all up until everything is well combined. Put the container in the fridge and leave it overnight or for a few hours.
•In a blender, add the banana and dragonfruit and mix it until you get a ice cream kind of texture. If you need add a splash of plant milk to make it easier to blend.
•Serve everything with the toppings you chose!
