Hi lovely people ❤️

As you may know one of my favourite breakfasts to make is a smoothie bowl! 😋 Today I tried something different and did a “pina colada” smoothie bowl 🥥🍍
Then, for toppings I chose some pumpkin seeds and goji berries, since they add a great crunch 😄

“Pina Colada” Smoothie Bowl 🥥🍍

Ingredients:

•1 frozen banana
•2 cup frozen pineapple
•1 tsp maca powder (shinesuperfoods)
•1/2 cup coconut milk (rudehealth)

Directions:

•In a blender, add the banana, the frozen pineapple and the coconut milk and mix it until you get a consistency you like. Then add the maca powder and mix again.
•When you are happy with the consistency put the smoothie in a bowl and serve it with your favourite toppings!
