Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl 🍓🫐

Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️ I hope you are having a wonderful day 🥰
I know that the day is almost over but I leave you here another smoothie bowl recipe because we should treat yourselves to healthy, nutritious and delicious food everyday 😍😉
Besides, this smoothie bowl is super easy and quick to make ☺️
To make this breakfast more nutritious I added some avocado for healthy fats, açaí powder for some antioxidants and lucuma powder as a source of zinc and iron 🙌

Berry Blast Bowl 🍓🫐

Ingredients:

•1 frozen banana
•2 cups frozen mixed berries
•1/4 avocado
•1 tbsp açaí powder (shinesuperfoods)
•1 tsp lucuma powder (shinesuperfoods)

Directions:

•In a blender, add the banana, the berries and the avocado and mix it until you get a ice cream kind of texture. If you need add a splash of plant milk to make it easier to blend. Then add the powders and mix again.
•When you are happy with the consistency put the smoothie in a bowl and serve it with your favourite toppings!
