Banana Oatmeal with Hidden Veggies 🍌🥣

Good afternoon 👋

I know I have been a little disappeared around here … but I’m busy with college, because exam season is about to start 🤓😥 For this reason, I like to make nutritious breakfasts that leave me energized throughout the whole day 😉 Despite having to study, I always take some time out of my day to train and make meals that make me happy 🥰
Today I made the oatmeal recipe from meaningfulflavours with a twist 🤗 I added some cauliflower florets! 🤭 It is a great way to increase the volume and nutritional value of your breakfast and you can’t even taste the cauliflower🤪 My sister made the version with pear and spices (cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg) and it was super tasty 😋 Without a doubt it is a bombastic combination of flavors 😆
For this recipe I simply added to a blender some banana, oat flakes, coconut milk from rudehealth, cauliflower and cinnamon until a homogeneous misture was formed. Then, I put the mixture in a pan and with a spatula stirred until it thickened (about 5 minutes). I served it in my coconut bowl and finished with sliced ​​banana, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and hemp seeds 😌
